But honestly, they must think cleaning is a race. my crumbs were practically waving goodbye! And why do I feel like I have to check out on their schedule, not mine? I need a vacation with a side of free will!

Loved the outdoor pool and access to biking trails. The free shuttle to the estate was super convenient. Plus, the nearby Antler Hill Village was perfect for some fun shopping!

Excellent location!

It was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Asheville with very good value for money. The shower had a nice strong flow that made for a refreshing experience after a long day exploring. Make sure to check for dining options at nearby locations, as not much is offered on-site.

Family with children will enjoy it

The hotel is fine and super clean, like every corner is polished to perfection. We even found Biltmore wine waiting for us in our room. Which was pretty damn great for kicking off our stay.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

We had a delightful stay, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and spacious King Room. The strolls around the estate were invigorating, and we loved the local wines at the tasting shop. Tip, consider dining off-site for more affordable meals.

We had a fantastic time enjoying hot breakfasts made to order and relaxing by the serene outdoor pool during our three-night stay. The grounds were beautiful, perfect for strolls, but we did miss having a jacuzzi in our room as expected. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area! 😄

The Village Hotel offered a great location near Antler Hill Village, making exploring easy. The complimentary shuttle service to Biltmore House and Gardens was a fantastic perk. Our room featured a refrigerator and a spacious layout, which I appreciated. Free Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay, allowing me to stay connected. However, the check-in process felt slow due to insufficient staff. The hotel seemed a bit confusing to navigate, especially from the elevator. One disappointing note was the pricing of water bottles in the room. it should have been complimentary. Additionally, the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, and I wish the air conditioning had worked better. the room never cooled down adequately. Dining options on-site were decent, but service at the restaurants could use a boost. The ambiance was lovely, especially around the fire pit in the courtyard. These factors made our stay enjoyable, but improvements in service and comfort would make a difference.

However, the room felt somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the confusing layout of the hotel made navigation challenging at times.

The wine tasting was 🎉 a highlight for us! The selection was amazing, and we had fun exploring the variety. The location is beautiful, but dining options need better info.

The location was phenomenal! ! Easy access to the winery and village. The staff was incredibly friendly and the ambiance felt like a magical getaway. We absolutely enjoyed the complimentary wine socials too!

The noise levels from events below our room disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the lack of valet service was surprising for a hotel of this price point, leading to some initial confusion upon arrival.
